WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA.

TO A PERIOD OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN LATE IN THE DAY OR THIS EVENING

BEFORE ENDING BEFORE MIDNIGHT. LESS THAN ONE INCH ACCUMULATION IS

EXPECTED BEFORE THE SNOW TAPERS OFF. PATCHES OF BLACK ICE SHOULD
